"Please Call the Tower: A Pilots Guide to the FAA Enforcement Program" by Keith Bumsted
& Kelly Reeser.
If you are interested in the FAA enforcement program, look at this web site
which describes a great book on the topic: http://netnow.micron.net/~kbumsted/
This book not only describes the enforcement program in detail, but also delves
into issues surrounding medical certification, alcohol and flying, pilot's
emergency authority and the aviation safety reporting system.
There are chapters on how to avoid encounters with the FAA and what to do if you are caught up
in an enforcement action.
The book is written in a straightforward, easy to read
style and is definitely not a legal treatise. It would make a great addition to
any pilot's library.
